Flexibel Elektronik

The general mission of our group is to develop enabling technologies for pliable electronics that target a broad range of applications the existing rigid electronics cannot offer. Our research interests for this purpose include soft materials, process technology, interfaces, hetero-junctions, devices, and integrated systems. Examples of applications are artificial electronic skins, soft robots, soft energy harvesters and storage, and wearable electronics.

Currently, we focus on the nano-carbon technology including graphene and carbon nanotubes for flexible electronic devices, soft thermo-electronics for harvesting thermal energy and advanced thermo-electrics with abundant, cheap, and nontoxic materials.
